Our history
ByggLove Bemanning AB is a Norrköping-based staffing agency that specializes in providing customized staffing solutions for the construction industry. The company was founded in 2022 by Katarina Lock and Wille Ulrikson, who together have over 40 years of experience in staffing.
Wille has devoted his entire professional career to the industry, progressing from a temporary staff member to roles such as production manager, recruitment specialist, and client and consultant manager in the construction and civil engineering sectors. Katarina, also known by her Polish nickname Kasia, has been working in construction staffing since 2010, with experience as a staffing assistant, consulting manager, and business unit manager.
Building on strong relationships within the construction industry, mutual trust, and a passion for construction staffing, the two have joined forces as business partners. Their shared goal is to meet the growing need for skilled workers and to be an attractive employer in the construction staffing sector.
